Terminology
References to “investors,” “clients,” “participants,” or similar terms on this website refer exclusively to individuals or entities who have independent trading accounts and choose to follow or replicate our disclosed strategies at their own discretion and risk. No advisory relationship, fund participation, or investment management arrangement is created or implied.
Performance data
All performance data, statistics, and returns displayed represent the results of Royal Clover’s company trading account only. This data is provided for informational and transparency purposes. Individual results will vary significantly based on account size, timing, execution, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
Some figures, such as the returns simulator on the Live Performance page, are hypothetical. They apply the company account’s historical returns to an amount you choose and do not reflect fees, slippage, execution differences or the timing of your own deposits and withdrawals.
Risk warning
Trading listed options, exchange-traded futures and crypto products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. Options may expire worthless, and certain option-writing strategies can involve substantial or potentially unlimited loss. Futures are leveraged and losses may exceed the amount initially deposited. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Digital asset markets can be highly volatile and trade continuously. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
- Options risk. Options involve time decay, implied volatility, assignment, exercise and expiration risks. A correct directional view can still lose if the move is too small, too late, or implied volatility declines.
- Futures leverage & margin. Futures are leveraged and marked to market. Initial margin is a performance bond, not your maximum risk; adverse moves can require additional funds or force position reduction, and losses can exceed your deposit.
- Crypto volatility & funding. Crypto markets trade 24/7 and can move sharply in minutes. Perpetual futures carry periodic funding payments, and leveraged positions can be liquidated automatically when margin falls below the required level.
- Liquidity & execution. In fast markets, orders may fill at worse prices than expected, or not at all, across any of these markets.
Copy trading risks
Trades copied or replicated into your account may differ from those in Royal Clover’s company account because of account size, minimum order sizes, timing, available margin, broker or venue differences, fees and slippage. Replicating our trades does not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
Platform & custody risks
Client accounts rely on third-party infrastructure, including brokers, futures commission merchants, exchanges and wallet technology. Outages, smart-contract or software failures, security incidents, margin-rule changes, or changes to those platforms could cause delays or losses. Please read our Terms of Service for how accounts, wallets and private keys are handled.
No guarantee
Royal Clover makes no guarantees or promises regarding trading results, profitability, or risk mitigation. Derivatives and digital asset markets are volatile and unpredictable.
Independent decision
Any decision to trade listed options, futures or crypto must be made independently after consulting with qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors. Do your own research.
